Our specialty is Kosher Fruit extracts: Juice Concentrates, Pulps and Purees.

Very south down in the world we developed our first grape juice concentrates with high kosher certification back in the year 2015 with a co-packing module. After several years with successful results in this industry we upscaled into opening our own pulp and concentrating company “Kosher Juice Concentrate SpA”.

By doing so “KJC” has quickly reached to take the second place worldwide, making us the second company that carries a Grape Juice Concentrating facility exclusively for kosher products. This accomplishment not only reduces final prices by cutting down on operational costs but it’s also helpful for the environment by eliminating excessive water and energy waste.
